Christian Louboutin 稱Charles Jourdan向零售商提供侵權紅底鞋，包括在DSW( Designer Shoe Warehouse)網站，以及布魯克林和曼哈頓商店銷售，Christian Louboutin爲每一個侵權個案要求200萬美元賠償。
Christian Louboutin SAS的律師、McCarter & English. Lewin 事務所的Harley Lewin 表示收到Charles Jourdan 和DSW方面的良好合作，不過爲透露具體細節。
去年12月，紐約曼哈頓聯邦區域法院終審裁定Christian Louboutin針對Yves Saint Laurent 的紅底鞋訴訟終結，Christian Louboutin獲得紅底鞋商標保護權利。
2011年4月，Christian Louboutin首先狀告YSL，後案件因YSL對Christian Louboutin的反訴而移送至紐約聯邦區域法院，YSL一個月後放棄反訴。Christian Louboutin和YSL角力18個月後，今年9月紐約聯邦上訴法院授予Christian Louboutin 紅底鞋商標保護的權利，但僅限於鞋底和鞋面顏色各異的鞋子，這意味著YSL仍然可以生產銷售紅底紅鞋。
